Advocating for Seniors in Hastings and District

Why Grey Power?

A voice for all the awesome seniors in Hastings and District.

Grey Power is the go-to group for representing older folks in New Zealand. With our growing older crowd, often on a budget, we face plenty of challenges like rising living costs, limited healthcare access, losing local banks, finding affordable housing, feeling lonely, and dealing with age-related stereotypes.

We’re here to shed light on the issues seniors face and push for better policies that truly support their needs, so everyone can age gracefully and with respect.

Whether you’re a senior, a caregiver, or a family member, we’d love for you to come along on our journey to make society more welcoming for everyone, regardless of age!
